2.1 For in-stock items, orders will be processed and shipped within Hong Kong within 3-5 days, including weekends and public holidays.  
2.2 Customized items will be shipped within 10 business days, and complex designs may take up to 14 days, as specified in the product description.

3.1 All prices are listed in HKD and are subject to change.  
3.2 Payments can be made via Payme or FPS Transfer.

4. Shipping

4.1 Local shipping costs are based on the quantity of items and will be processed through SF Express, with payment due upon arrival.

5. Refund and Return Policy

5.1 Refunds are only offered in the case of quality issues that are reported within seven days of receiving your order.  
5.2 Refunds for defective nail tips will be processed as full refunds; issues arising from normal wear and tear or mishandling will not qualify for refunds.  
5.3 If nail decorations fall off, a free maintenance service is available within 7 days; after that, fees will be based on the service required.
