•   In-stock items will be shipped locally within Hong Kong within 3-5 days (including weekends and public holidays).

•   Customized items will be shipped within 10 business days (including weekends and public holidays).

•   Complicated customized items, as noted in the product description, may take up to 14 days (including weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Costs:*

•  Local shipping: Costs depend on the quantity of items and will be processed through SF Express with payment due upon arrival.

• International Shipping: For shipping costs and payment methods, please contact our customer service team.

Service Interruptions:*

•   In the rare event of shipping errors, we take full responsibility and will provide a replacement set, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.
